Florida’s Tuscan-inspired beauty meets timeless romance

If you’re dreaming of a Florida engagement session that feels romantic, elegant, and effortlessly timeless, Andalusian Oaks is one of the most beautiful hidden gems you’ll find. Nestled under sweeping Spanish oaks and full of old-world European charm, this venue was the perfect setting for David and Brooke’s engagement photos—and it just so happens to be the same place they’ll be saying “I do” this fall.

A couple weeks ago, we drove down to Florida to meet David and Brooke at Andalusian Oaks for their session—and I honestly couldn’t imagine a more fitting backdrop.

This spot has quickly become one of my favorite venues in Florida. It brings together the warm, romantic textures of Tuscany with the natural elegance of Florida in the most seamless, breathtaking way. Every corner feels like a timeless backdrop—and it was the perfect match for David and Brooke’s session.

Photographing these two was effortless. Not only are they absolutely beautiful and incredibly photogenic, but more than that—they’re deeply in love. That kind of connection has a way of guiding the session all on its own. They moved together so naturally and laughed so easily that all I had to do was watch and document what was already there.

Josh and I had the best time getting to know them. They were so kind, so relaxed, and so much fun to be around. It’s always a joy to work with couples who are not only excited about their photos, but also about the experience of being together during the session.

We left that day even more excited for their wedding in October. If their engagement session was any glimpse into what’s to come—it’s going to be an absolutely unforgettable day.
