I drove up to the Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park to capture Alex & Megan’s gorgeous garden wedding. Everything was whimsical and romantic, like the perfect fairy tale. They incorporated the theme and color scheme into every detail, including giant paper flowers! Megan’s gown had a lavender underlay, and her veil had 3D flower appliqué on the end. I used her veil as the backdrop for her flat lay because it was just THAT gorgeous!

Despite the weather saying it was going to thunderstorm 70% of the day, with thunderstorms and tornado watches the night before, it didn’t rain a single drop. Not even sprinkles! The sun was out, and it was gorgeous. The reception was outside, completing the garden party theme, and we had an amazing sunset for golden hour portraits.
